About the Event
Are you thinking about practicing yoga but you don't know how or where to start? Join Stephanie for this workshop, which includes introducing the fundamentals of yoga philosophy, how to breathe and linking that breath to your postures, as well as step-by-step foundational yoga postures, including Sun Salutation A. This workshop is designed to provide you with the necessary tools to begin your yoga journey.
If you do not already own a mat, we have some available at the studio.
