New to yoga?

If you've never tried yoga before, taking your first class can be intimidating. To help ease the stress, here are some answers to FAQs.

  • How to sign up: You have the option of signing up for your class online through the MindBody website, where pricing options are available or you can come to the studio 15 minutes prior to class and we will help you through the process of registering for your first class.

  • What to bring: You are not required to bring anything for your first class. We offer mats that you are welcome to borrow or purchase.

  • What to wear: Wear clothing that does not restrict movement: loose or fitted clothing. Shoes are not important as yoga is practiced with bare feet.

  • What class do I take: Yoga Basics, Gentle Yoga, Restorative and Yin are great places to start. For a short description click on the each class under the classes/schedule tab.
